Active Mommies offers post natal exercise classes for moms recovering from pregnancy and birth. You bring your baby with to the classes and we incorporate your baby into the program by offering exercises you can do with your baby!
Every class includes a full body workout and is designed to meet the needs of all women, from super fit to very unfit!
Classes are done in a very relaxed environment so moms are always able to feed, change and comfort their babies when necessary.
